The PhD DEI is happening this Friday!
This coming Friday, the 31st of October, the PhD DEI 2025 will take place starting at 10:00 a.m. in the atrium of the Pavilhão de Informática II.
As in previous years, the event — open to all students — showcases the research carried out by students of the PhD in Computer Science and Engineering and the PhD in Digital Media at DEI, through posters. This is an opportunity for PhD students to meet their peers and, for those further along, to share and discuss their work. The PhD DEI is also a great opportunity to talk with the coordinators of the two doctoral programs at DEI.
The posters will be displayed both physically and online and attendees will be able to vote for their favorite.
Program:
- 10h00-10h30 - Presentation by the programme coordinators
- 10h30-11h30 - Poster session (and best poster voting!)
- 11:30 - Announcement of the Best Poster Award
