Arlindo Oliveira, a professor at DEI, participated in the Fórum iGen – Fórum Organizações para a Igualdade, accompanied by his daughter, Ana Sofia Oliveira.

The event “Aliados na Mudança – Compromissos para a Igualdade”, which included the Forum, took place on the 15th of May.

iGen brings together 74 national and multinational organizations that have committed to strengthening and demonstrating a culture of social responsibility by incorporating the principles of equality between women and men in the workplace and employment into their strategies and management models.
