Student and professor from DEI recognized at CHI 2026

Neeta Khanuja, a PhD student in Computer Engineering, and Valentina Nisi, a professor at DEI, were recognized at the leading international conference on Human-Computer Interaction, CHI 2026.
Neeta Khanuja was awarded a Best Paper Award for the paper “Towards Fluent Interaction with Cyber-Physical Architecture.”
Valentina Nisi received an honorable mention for the paper “EcoAssist: Embedding Sustainability into AI-Assisted Frontend Development.”
