In the next Wednesdays@DEI, we will have another session on an internal topic of general interest.

Title: Onboarding Processes in the Department

Abstract: This session aims to present and discuss the onboarding processes currently implemented in the Department for faculty members, staff, and TAs. A structured description will be provided of how these processes are organized: how they are prepared, which documents are shared, how welcome meetings are planned and conducted, and what types of integration events are promoted.

There will also be a moment for sharing onboarding experiences and presentations by some of the Department’s new members.
