Abstract: FuriosaAI is a South Korean company specialising in chip design for AI inference. The company opened an R&D office in Lisbon in April. We will present the company, from its founding nine years ago to the present day.

We will discuss the main technical and market challenges facing the sector, as well as opportunities for collaboration.
