“Nada do que é humano te será estranho, Inteligência Artificial?”

“Nada do que é humano te será estranho, Inteligência Artificial?” was the chosen title for a conversation between two prominent figures in Portuguese science: Arlindo Oliveira and Carlos Fiolhais.

As part of the Maratona de Leitura of Sertã, the debate took place in the cloisters of the Seminário das Missões, in Cernache do Bonjardim, in the early hours of the 11th of July.

Starting from the most noticeable developments in Artificial Intelligence, Arlindo Oliveira and Carlos Fiolhais shared their thoughts on the past, present, and future of this technology, and how it affects, and may affect, humanity.

The conversation is available as a podcast HERE.
