Arlindo Oliveira, professor at DEI, was on RTP’s “Notícias Noite”, where he discussed the danger(s) that artificial intelligence (AI) could cause to humanity.

He began by explaining how AI systems can interact with the real world and explored how they could, hypothetically, threat human beings.

He also discussed the delicate balance between regulation and innovation in the field of AI, as well as the challenges involved in creating regulation in this area.
