The PhD DEI 2023 initiative took place in the atrium of the Pavilhão de Informática III, in the morning of November the 10th, and was nothing short of a success! 

The event gathered students that enrolled in this academic year and students at later stages in PhD Programs from DEI, specifically in the Doctoral Program in Computer Science and Engineering and Doctoral Program in Digital Media. Through the exhibition of posters, some doctoral students presented their research work. The students responsible for the posters had the opportunity to explain their work in detail and learn about the work of their colleagues. The exchange of experiences and sharing of knowledge occurred in a relaxed yet intense atmosphere.

After a vote from their peers, the best poster was elected. The honor of this year’s event went to the student Noha Mokhtar Al-Moshneb. Congratulations!

This is undoubtedly an event to be repeated for many years.
