Applications are open until the 30th of September for the Gulbenkian New Talents Scholarships, aimed at exceptional higher education students in Portugal.

The program seeks to support academic development and encourage the initiation into research in areas such as sciences, humanities, arts, and social sciences. Applications are open to students in the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of a bachelor’s/integrated master’s degree or the 1st year of a master’s program, with a minimum grade average of 16.5 out of 20.

In addition to financial support, scholarship holders benefit from scientific guidance, research retreats, and opportunities for academic and cultural enrichment.
