The Master's in Computer Engineering and Computers (MEIC) remains the Master's program with the most completed dissertations. In the previous academic year (2022/2023), MEIC students completed a total of 214 dissertations.
The dissertation topics are very comprehensive and apply the knowledge from the 5 scientific areas of DEI:
- Architectures and Operating Systems;
- Artificial Intelligence;
- Interaction and Graphics;
- Programming Methodology and Technology;
- Information Systems.
This impressive number of our students extends to the other participants in the dissertation evaluation process, where the professors of the Department of Computer Engineering (DEI) participated as Jury Presidents, Advisors, and Members.
As Jury Presidents participated in 246 dissertation discussions across the following programs:
