Ana Paiva, Full Professor at DEI, took part in the "O Futuro do Futuro" podcast from the "Expresso" newspaper. 

In the discussion, the artificial intelligence and social robotics expert revealed her conviction that robots will soon be able to act as "a catalyst for humanity" when providing companionship to lonely individuals. She also discussed the expected integration of robots into our daily lives and shared details about some projects that have already been developed. 

The podcast also addressed the relationship between Artificial Intelligence and prejudice and AI regulation.
