Following a TSF article reporting the Prime Minister’s concerns about cybersecurity in Portugal, José Tribolet, Professor Emeritus at DEI, shares his perspective on the issue.

In alignment with the Prime Minister’s statements, José Tribolet emphasizes that “we are at war in cyberspace.” He also stresses that, although there is a national effort in this area, it remains insufficient, and there is still a lack of understanding of its importance, both at the political and business levels.

The professor also predicts that the "temperature will rise" in cyberspace in the near future, particularly regarding interactions with Russia.
