This year, DEI students Margarida Loureiro and Liane Carolina were awarded the Feedzai Women in Science scholarships.

The award ceremony took place at Feedzai’s headquarters in Lisbon on the 21st of October. The event featured speeches by Rogério Colaço, President of Instituto Superior Técnico and Sofia Gomes, Feedzai representative. Sofia Gomes also served on the scholarship selection jury, alongside  Mário Figueiredo, Inês Lynce and Alexandre Bernardino.

The Feedzai Women in Science MSc & PhD Scholarships are directed at female students who wish to pursue further studies and engage in research activities.
