Open to all PhD students enrolled in the 3rd year or later of a third-cycle program at the University of Lisbon, the 3 Minutos de Tese competition is accepting registrations until the 16th of February.  

This initiative aims to develop communication skills, promote scientific culture and interdisciplinarity, establish external connections and provide training in science communication.  

The first-place winner of the 3 Minutos de Tese will receive a prize of 5.000,00 €, the second-place winner 2.000,00 €, and the third-place winner 1.000,00 €. Participants will receive training in Science Communication and a certificate of participation. Finalists of Phase 2 and prize winners will also be awarded merit recognition diplomas.
