Author and Affiliation: Lino Santos, Head at National Cybersecurity Centre

Bio: Master in Law and Security from the Nova School of Law, with a degree in Systems Engineering and Informatics from the University of Minho, he is the coordinator of the National Cybersecurity Center and a designated member of the management board of the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity – ENISA.  

He was the Director of Security and Community Services at the National Scientific Computing Foundation, Director of the Computer Security Incident Response Team CERT.PT, national liaison officer to ENISA, and a member of the founding committee of the National Cybersecurity Center.
